If there are any issues with your order and you would like a refund or replacement, we offer a 14‑day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund or replacement status.

Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Change-of-mind returns after the item has been opened
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Accidental item purchases

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping Cost

If the refund or replacement is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
